"Not Many Gluten-Free Options"
I stopped in hoping I’d have a few gluten-free choices to pick from, but the options were limited. It was a little disappointing because I was excited to try something new, but there just wasn’t much that worked for me

Ordered from ingallina.com for a work lunch, it turned out way better than I expected. The box lunches were fresh, the portions were sooo much bigger than I thought they’d be, and somehow nobody had a complaint, which basically never happens in our office.
The price felt totally fair for what we got, and the delivery was easy and right on time. I’ve definitely paid more for way less food before, so yeah, I’d for sure order from them again.

"Big order turned into a hassle"
I placed a large order, and when it showed up, several things were wrong. I reached out hoping it would get sorted quickly, but it felt like nobody was really in a rush to fix it. it made me question the quality control a bit, especially for an order that size.

"Felt trapped with barely any options"
I thought making a few tweaks to my order would be simple, but wow, it felt like hitting a wall at every turn. Almost everything was locked in the way it was, and there was way less flexibility than I expected. For the price, I figured I’d have at least some room to customize things, but it ended up feeling like a whole ordeal. In the end, it was more hassle than help and just not really what I needed.

I ordered from ingallina.com for a small office lunch, it went smoothly. Everything I picked online showed up, sandwiches, salads, sides, all of it. There was one small label mix-up on a box, which made me pause for a second, but the food inside was correct, so it ended up not mattering. I was kind of expecting at least one thing to be missing, but the order was accurate and arrived on time. Not perfect, but easy enough that I’d probably use them again.

"Food was alright, just not super cold"
The lunch box got here on time, which was good, but some of the stuff felt more like room temp than actually cold. It still tasted fine and all that, but it made me a little unsure about it. I’d probably order again, just hope they pack it colder next time

"Easy phone order and decent service"
I placed my order over the phone, and the person helping me sounded friendly, so I got the feeling they actually wanted to make sure I picked the right stuff. It did take a bit longer than I expected to confirm everything, which made me wonder if they were busy or still figuring something out, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the process was simple enough, and the food showed up just fine

The sandwiches were fresh enough, but a few things tasted kind of bland. The fruit was good, though. Overall it wasn’t bad, I just expected a little more for the price. Also, I kind of felt ignored while I was there, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable.

"Not My Kind of Salad at All"
I really didn’t enjoy this salad. I’m picky about salads to begin with, and this one just didn’t work for me. The lettuce was wilted, the toppings were soggy, and nothing tasted fresh. I wouldn’t order it again

"late again with no heads up"

"Driver seemed a bit unprofessional"
The food itself was fine, so I don’t really want to complain too much, but the driver was kind of rude. He seemed annoyed the whole time, didn’t say hello or anything, just dropped the food off and left. It just felt a little uncomfortable.

The sandwiches were decent, but the side items were kind of average. The pasta salad was a bit dry, not awful, just not as good as I was expecting. Also, the timing was a little frustrating because everything felt like it came out at an awkward pace, which made the whole meal feel less enjoyable

I ordered lunch for our office and the delivery showed up pretty much exactly when they said it would. The food was still fresh, and everything we ordered was there. The only small thing was that I sorta wish the tracking had been a little clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

"Pretty good amount for what you pay"

I’ve used this company before and wanted to stick with them because I’ve had good experiences in the past, but the catering coordination this time was rough. Communication felt disorganized, details seemed to get missed, and I spent more time following up than I expected. I’m still hoping this was just a one-off, but it definitely made me question booking them again
